Every good e-commerce web store has a clear return policy. You need to display details of your refund policy, and how a customer can return a product. This also applies to the shipping information. Tell people how items are shipped and when. For example, if you are using FedEx, UPS, or another delivery service, links to these sections should be displayed throughout your website. This includes your footer and product details page, and on a dedicated page with all the detailed information.
1. No-hassle return policy. With all e-commerce, people want to understand the return policy. Show clear terms about how long they have to return your products and details of the refund policy.
2. Shipping information. People also want to know the shipping information. How fast does it ship? When does it ship? What are the shipping options? Having all that information on the return policy and the shipping information page is very important for an e-commerce store.
3. Money-back guarantee. A clearly defined money-back guarantee will convert more people at your e-commerce store.
4. Price match guarantee. If you are in a very competitive business vertical, then you may want to offer a price match guarantee. This will help customers feel like they can negotiate with you to get the best deals.
